The HEB Center project involved transforming the outdated Bud Light Lounge and an adjacent concessions area into a modern, high-end hospitality experience for premium ticket holders.

Deantoir led the design vision and spatial reconfiguration, introducing a dark, Gatsby-inspired aesthetic with a relocated 16-person bar, new lounge and banquet seating, and a reimagined food service area. The design enhances flow, visibility, and functionality, while a new cocktail concept, The Concierge, modernizes the arena’s guest experience. The renovation delivers a bold, elevated atmosphere that aligns with the venue’s entertainment prestige and long-term hospitality goals.
